New Britain – Dr. Alfred Gladstone

Dr. GladstoneAlfred Gladstone, MD is board certified in phlebology (the treatment of vein diseases), diagnostic radiology, and vascular and interventional radiology. He specializes in the non-surgical treatment of varicose and spiders veins. Dr. Gladstone graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine with residency training and fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He has performed minimally invasive vein procedures in Connecticut since 1984.

New Britain – Dr. Wanda Kirejczyk

Dr. KirejczykWanda Kirejczyk, MD is a graduate of Boston University School of Medicine with residency training at Hartford Hospital and fellowship at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, DC. She is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and has extensive experience in interventional procedures. She is fluent in both English and Polish.

New Britain and Madison – Anna Gatewood, PA-C

Dr. GatewoodAnna Gatewood, PA-C graduated from Springfield College in ‘95 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Therapeutic Rehabilitation and a graduate certificate in Physician Assistant Sciences from Saint Francis College in ‘98.  Her medical experience has been in Family Practice and Internal Medicine.  Her expertise in vein treatment dates back to her time that she served as a director of a vein center in southwest Connecticut.  She has also served as a facilitator in training clinicians in phlebectomy and sclerotherapy.

New Britain and Madison – Michalina Palotto, PA-C

Dr. PallottoMichalina Pallotto, PA-C graduated from Hahnemann University in 1996 with a Bachelors Degree in Physician Assistant Sciences.  She is also a Registered Nurse and Veteran of the United States Air Force Reserves, where she served as an Aero-Medical Service Specialist.  Her medical background has covered a variety of specialties including: Critical Care, Women’s Health, Urology and General Surgery with a special interest in Vascular Disease.

New Britain – Elizabeth Collin, R.T.(R);RDMS;RVT

Elizabeth Collin attended Central Connecticut State University and ultimately completed her clinical training at Waterbury Hospital School of Ultrasound.  Her medical experience includes 10 years in radiology including interventional procedures.  She has served with the Vein Center since its opening in February 2004.  Among the credentials she holds, she is a registered vascular technologist by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.

Madison – Dr. Kevin Dickey

Dr. DickeyKevin W. Dickey, MD, FSIR is a board-certified interventional radiologist, specializing in the treatment of varicose veins using non-surgical techniques.

He trained at Emory University School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont and Yale University School of Medicine / Yale-New Haven Hospital.  
He has been in practice for 15 years and has been on the faculty at Yale University School of Medicine and Dartmouth Medical School.

Currently, he is a member of New Britain Radiology Associates, P.C., and is on the medical staff at the Hospital Of Central Connecticut.

Madison – Dr. Bennett Kashdan

Dr. KashdanBennett Kashdan, MD is a board certified interventional radiologist, specializing on the treatment of varicose veins.

He received his M.D. from the SUNY Stonybrook School of Medicine, completed his residency at Nassau County Medical Center, and his fellowship in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

He has been in practice for over 18 years and has been on the faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College. Currently, he is a member of New Britain Radiology Associates, P.C., and is on the medical staff of The Hospital of Central Connecticut.
